• Excellent communication skills especially for international or outbound call center jobs. Good command over English is well desired.
• There are two criterion for a job in call center:

1. Inbound service- whereby one is required to attend to the incoming calls of customers all day long, fixing their problems or listening to their queries. This department serves customers. If you want a kick start in a career where interacting with people is a high priority then this job is a good start and experience as a fresher
2. Outbound service-here one is required to make calls to prospective list of clients negotiating business with them. People from marketing background or planning a future in marketing can excel in this area and gain immense experience. Opening up vast opportunities for future.

• One with sharp and alert mind. Someone who will tackle a situation with ease and presence of mind.
• A graduate for international and outbound jobs and a 10+2 would do for inbound services.
